SOPHIE MOLINS is an Anthropologist and New York Times and Arts Council award-winning Artist. She is a trustee for Steps2recovery where she runs a group for the residents. She has been a Senior lecturer in Photography (lecturing on Cultural Studies, Art History and Photography programmes at Roehampton University) and the Arts coordinator with Artists Project Earth (A charity using music to mitigate climate change).

With an MA in Visual Anthropology from UCL and over 30 years experience as an artist and educator conducting collaborative art and photography workshops in libraries and schools, with links within the film, art and music industry. she has experience in developing art projects that engage a broad spectrum of participants with different cultural backgrounds. She has also been a stills photographer on many independent award-winning films. She is now making films and a book.
